My observation days for my teacher training

  Director interview record After interviewing the director of the kindergarten, the activity was to fill out a form about personal data of the garden, for example what was the modality, shift, for what purpose the interview with our director was carried out and the date it was applied. Similarly, another point in the form to fill out was to capture how we carried out the interview, how was the treatment, the teaching, administrative and support staff that make it up.

  Design of the interview to apply to the director Mainly all the members of the team send some possible questions to formulate our interview. Once we had many questions, we continued to select the most appropriate and coherent ones to apply. Once the questions were chosen, we ordered them from when it was first to which was the final, we gave it a format and a beautiful presentation so that it was presentable and the director was even more interested in having answered. The director's responses were recorded in a voice message for the time we had to do the work to make it easier for us to respond.

  Contact with kindergarten At first, the teacher Dora told us about the observation days that we would carry out throughout the second semester, she told us about some examples that we could implement in the day, later the same teacher assigned us a kindergarten per team according to how many Educators worked in the garden, the teacher gave us her cell phone number to contact her so that later the director will assign each student our educator to be able to carry out our observation days.

Interview with my director On the second day of observation, an activity was to interview the director of the kindergarten assigned to us. This time I did not have the opportunity to attend with my colleagues in the first place, so that I could make a report, they recorded the interview and gave me images to be able to do my work. Upon entering the garden, my companions were very well received, especially with the necessary measures to avoid contagion. 

  My first observation day At the beginning of this second semester, I made my first observation in a kindergarten in a virtual way where the teacher told me about the work that is done in preschool in the face of this pandemic. In the virtual call I also applied an observation guide that was about how the kindergarten and data are made up. The teacher also shared many of her experiences with me since she started her career as an educator.
